Patriot Commercial blends design, engineering, and construction services together offering a comprehensive estimating and scheduling service to ensure accurate cost estimates and time line. From inception through completion, Patriot Commercial works to create and maintain a high level of communication with our client to ensure superior projects delivered on time and on budget.
Design/Build
The Design/Build process involves the client in all aspects of the operation, providing a single contact for the owner – one source of responsibility. We have partnered with various specialty architects to meet your specific project type. (i.e. retail, office, manufacturing, industrial, auto dealerships, etc.) As architectural drawings are developed, we help define function, budget, and schedule, all while providing a clear understanding of the construction progress and cost.
Construction Management
Construction Management (CM) services allow the owner to retain control of the project while placing the day-to-day decisions in the hands of Patriot Commercial’s CM team. This service reduces the need for the owner’s constant involvement and shifts all construction responsibility to our experienced CM team, reducing your level of risk. By overlapping design and actual construction, your project costs are kept to a minimum. The result is an increased level of comfort as your project moves seamlessly from one phase to another.
Project Management
Any construction project is only as good as the project manager. That’s why we provide construction management services for our clients. Our design build services include project and construction management to help keep your project on target for quality, scope, schedule, budget, and safety. Our Project Management process coordinates the time and cost impact of all architectural and engineering decisions through the construction document phase.
Estimating
Our project managers estimate the projects they will manage. As a result, our project managers know exactly what is budgeted and what is incorporated into the contract and/or estimates, providing one source of responsibility and full scale knowledge.
Safety
From the job site to the home office and everywhere in between, safety is a company-wide priority. Our superintendents and project managers maintain OSHA certification and first-aid courses. In addition, Patriot Commercial has a third party CSP (Certified Safety Professional) to monitor our ongoing projects.
